     Sarah's Soda Bread

3 3/4 cup Wholemeal/ or wholewheat flour
2 tsp. sodium bicarbonate (soda)
300 ml 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
150 ml 2/3 cup warm water
1 big handful of pumpkin seeds
1 big handful of sunflower seeds
nuts and dried cranberries/cheeries
1 teaspoon of salt *see below

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix yogurt and water together and the add to flour mixture - no need to kneed. Put in to a well greas 2 lb. loaf tin. Bake at 400F for 25 min. and the turn the oven down to 350 for another 20 minutes.
Note - if you don't use salted seeds - add 1/2-1 teaspoon salt. Also you can add any nuts/dried fruit or additional seeds to taste.
Serving Suggestions
I like it best toasted and it freezes very well
