2/3 cups mashed potato flakes
|

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
|

1 tsp. garlic salt
|
|
1 (about 3-1/2 lbs) cut up frying chicken, skinned
|

1/3 cup butter (or margarine), melted

Instructions |

|
PRE-HEAT oven to 375°F. Grease or line with foil a 15x10 inch baking pan.

COMBINE in a medium bowl, the potato flakes, parmesan cheese and garlic salt; stir until well mixed.
|
|
|
DIP chicken pieces into margarine and roll in potato flake mixture and coat completely. Place pieces in your greased pan.
|
|
|
BAKE at 375°F for 45-60min. or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
