Cook cauliflower for 6 minutes. Drain water off and let cool. Process in food processor. Squeeze excess water when trying to shape. Roll into 1.5 inch balls. Drop into parmesan. If mixture falls apart add a little parm to the mix. coat again.
Freeze tots on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. Bake 10 min. rotate after 5 min.
Can also stuff tots with cheese...
