Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl, add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well, store in tight container in refrigerator.
To bake- Grease muffin tins, fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes. Mix well, keep in refrigerator up to. These are good as sweet roll for dinner, too.
