Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 4 pieces of parchment paper into 12 inche squares.
Place fillets on one-half of each sheet.
Combine butter and lemon juice and drizzle over fish. Sprinkle with fresh dill and shallots.
Fold parchment over fillets and fold edges together on the side and both ends. Bake about 12-15 minutes or until parchment puffs up. Cut paper above each fillet to display fish.
