1 cup EACH shredded cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
14 slices day old bread, cubed
2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
Paprika
Instructions
In a skillet, saute the onions, celery, green pepper, carrots & garlic in oil until crisp-tender. Transfer to large bowl; add chicken, cheeses, mayo and parsley.
Place half of the bread cubes in greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and remaining bread. In a bowl, beat eggs; add milk, soup and sauce. Pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 1 hour or until a knife is inserted near the center comes out clean.
