Sift together dry ingredients then set aside
|

|
Cream shortening & sugar together well. Beat in egg
& Vanilla. Add Oj & zest.
|

|
|
Blend in dry ingredients. When well blended cover &
chill dough
|
|
|
|
Chill at least 3 hours. When chilled, roll out & cut
into cookies
|
