4 slightly beaten eggs

1 t. mustard (prepared)

1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

3/4 C. light cream
|

Instructions |

|
Layer in 13x9 greased pan - bread, sausage, wet mixture (rest of ingredients), repeat.

Top with extra cheese.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
