In a large skillet, brown the pork chops in oil. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup, ketchup, sauce, salt & pepper. Add the potatoes and onion, toss to coat. Pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until meat temp reads 160 F and potatoes are tender.
