In a Pyrex measuring cup put water, butter and honey. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes or to 130 degrees. Stir and add the vitamin C tablet.

In mixer add 4 1/2 cups flour, cracked wheat or 7 grain cereal, oats, salt and yeast. Mix 1 minute with paddle hook.
Add warm liquids and mix well. Add eggs and mix.
Put on dough hook and knead for 10 minutes.

Place dough in large, greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with non-stick spray. Place in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Punch down.
For loaves-
Knead several times and divide dough in half.
Roll out each portion into a rectangle and roll up each one like a jelly roll. Place in loaf pans.
Let rise for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For meat roll-
Roll out into 2 rectangles.
Layer
9 oz each luncheon ham, pastrami, and chicken breast (blot away any excess moisture)
3/4 lb each mozzarella and Monterrey Jack cheese
1 small box (thawed and drained) frozen spinach
Drained sliced black olives
Roll like a jelly roll and place on an 11' x 14' sprayed baking sheet.
Bake meat rolls for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
