3 tablespoons peanut oil

2 large onions, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

6 celery ribs, chopped

1/2 pound cooked pork, cubed

1 can (5 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 can (15 oz) bean sprouts, drained

3/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions |
|
|
Heat peanut oil in a wok. Saute onions, green pepper and celery for 5 - 8 minutes.
|

Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and along with other remaining ingredients, add to the wok.
|
|
|
Cook for 5 - 8 minutes more, stirring constantly.
