2 packages (16 oz each) chopped, frozen broccoli
|
|
1 box (2 pounds) processed cheese spread
|
|
1 cup Half and Half
|
|
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
|
|
2 cups milk
|
|
1 onion, diced
|
|
Garlic to taste
|
|
Salt to taste
|
|
Pepper to taste
|

Instructions |

|
Cook frozen broccoli in small amount of water. Set aside.
|

|
In a double boiler, melt the cheese spread with Half and Half, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted.
Combine with the broccoli.

In a small bowl mix the cornstarch with milk and stir until smooth.
Combine with broccoli.
|
|
|
Add onion and generously spice. Continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes.
