place salmon in center of platter arranged with lettuce leaves and tomato wedges and hard boiled eggs cut into wedges.

|
make homemade mayo softened with juice from 2 cans of shrimp and juice from asparagus jars and lemon juice and salt
|
|
|
put mayo over salmon and put shrimp over sauce and salmon
|
|
|
arrange asparagus between tomato and egg wedges. top with red caviar. Serve with french bread
