     Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/3 cup whole milk buttermilk
Pillsbury folded pie crust
 

Instructions
Roll out pie crust and press into pie plate, making sure to seal any cracks.
Mix eggs, sugar and flour in blender. Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fill unbaked pie shell and cover edges with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
