     Yogurt Banana Bread

1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the creamed ingredients. Stir well. Add bananas and yogurt.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
