Spray an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray. Arrange cutlets in a single layer on bottom. Add wine.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrange mushrooms over chicken in shallow layer.

|
|
Stir cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over top.
|
|
|
|
Bake uncovered on bottom shelf of preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
