Cut up celery and onion and saute in oil until tender.
Pour over stuffing cubes in large bowl, stir. Add cut up apple, mix well. Add broth and water until proper consistency. Use instructions on stuffing bag as a guide to amount of liquid.
Stuff turkey or if cooking alone, add turkey drippings or butter for flavor.
Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
