     WW Cheesy Potatoes

1 ( 16 oz) fat free sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz) can low fat cream of chicken soup
1 pkg (8 oz) low fat shredded sharp chedder cheese
1/4 c. light stick of butter
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non stick spray. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken, cheese, butter, thyme and black pepper in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl and add hash browns, stirring until well blended.
Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Bake until hot and bubbling. 55 minutes - 1 hour
