combine egg yolks and sugar and beat to the ribbon stage. stir in milk and spirits. beat egg whites until stiff. fold in and chill 4 hours. whip cream and fold into eggnog. peel orange, discarding white pulp, but reserving extreme outer rind. cut rind into tiny needle like strips.
