Cook bacon until crisp and cut into thirds. Coat a rimmed 9 X 12 baking sheet with 1 tblsp. with olive oil. (They sell disposable pans this size.)

Mix sirloin with grill seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Spread mixture into pan in 1/2 inch layer all the way to corners of pan.

Coat top of meat with 1 tblsp olive oil, and bake at 400 deg. for 12 - 15 minutes until firm but a little pink at center.

|
Rest meat 5 minutes, then cut into 24 square mini burgers. Serve with arugula, tomato, onion. Mix A-1 and mustard to make sauce.
