1 stick butter

dash salt and pepper

1 small onion

1 T. parsley

1/8 t. thyme

1 can or bottle of beer

Rice of choice

Instructions |
|
|
Cook chicken (lightly floured) in butter until just browned. Place in baking dish, add salt and pepper.

Saute onion, parsley, thyme and beer, poor over chicken.
|
|
|
Bake covered at 275 for 1-1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
