Empty cans of corn and beans into colander and rinse. Try to drain as much water as possible before transferring to a large mixing bowl.
Dice tomatoes, onion, green peppers and green onions, add to bowl. Finely mince garlic cloves, add to bowl.
Wearing gloves, cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, use spoon to scrape out seeds and ribs and discard. Finely mince and add to bowl. Finely mince cilantro, add to bowl.
Pour dressing over mixture and stir until combined. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
