Ribeye Steak
Onion
Endive
Arugula
Lemon
Olive Oil
Cayenne
Balsamic Vinegar
 
Instructions
Rub steak with cayenne. Marinate in equal parts balsamic vinegar and lemon juice for about 30 minutes. Pan sear steak medium rare.
Combine onion and endive with arugula to make simple salad. Dress with balsamic vinegar/olive oil/lemon juice dressing.
