3 lbs. red potatoes, boiled, cooled, cut
|
|
1/2 C. diced celery (2 stalks)
|
|
2 T. dill pickle relish
|
|
1 T. onion flakes or 1/4 C. diced onion
|

2 hard boiled eggs, cut small
|
|
1-1/2 C. fat free mayo
|
|
1 T. lemon juice
|
|
1 T. dill pickle juice
|
|
1 t. dill weed
|
|
|
|
1/2 C. fat free sour cream
|
|
1 t. paprika
|
|
salt, pepper and horseradish to taste
|

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, mix potatoes, celery, pickle relish, onion and egg.
|

|
In 2nd bowl, mix rest of ingredients. Mix two bowls together.
|

|
Chill at least 2 hours.
