Beat Oleo; add Cornstarch, Flour, Sugar and beat until creamy. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet (make very small cookies). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Frost when cool.
FROSTING- 3 oz Cream Cheese, 1 tsp Vanilla and 1 C Powdered Sugar.
