Prepare brownies according to pkg and bake in 13x9 pan. While brownies are warm, prick at 1inch intervals and pour liqueur over and set aside to cool. Prepare mousse according to directions. After brownies are cooled, crumble before assembling. To assemble, layer in the following order in a 3 qt trifle dish or 13x9 pan- 1/2 of brownies 1/2 of mousse 1/2 candy bars 1/2 cool whip. Repeat with remaining ingredients and chill 8 hours.
