Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on low for about 1
minute, then on medium speed for another minute or until
mixture forms a soft dough.
Shape into 1” balls and place 2” apart on baking sheet. Flatten
each ball with fork.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until cookies are set.
