Sauté chopped Onion in Oleo. Put on Broccoli to boil covered with water. When tender, drain some of the water. Set aside. In large boiler on low heat, stir together Cream of Mushroom Soup, Velveeta Cheese, and Milk to dilute. When Cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly, add in Broccoli and Onions. Let simmer.
For variations- Chopped Potatoes, Sliced Water Chestnuts, Pimentos, Celery, and Chopped Mushrooms.
