1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
|

1/3 C. butter, softened
|
|
3 eggs, beaten
|
|
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
|
1 C. herb stuffing, crumb style
|

1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
|
|
(you may also use Romano cheese)
|
|
1/3 C. green onions, finely chopped
|
|
1 Tbs. olive oil
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Press all water out off the spinach. Put spinach
into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
|
|
|
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lightly
greased baking sheet.
|
|
|
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
