2 small boxes sugar free instant Chessecake pudding
2 - 8 oz. containers of Cool Whip (may use fat or sugar free)
1-12 oz bag of triple-berry blend frozen berries
Instructions
Mix dry pudding mix with can of crushed pineapple - including juice, stirring well.
Add Cool Whip and stir well to blend. Add the frozen berries and stir.
If strawberries are whole, cut them into smaller bite size pieces before adding to pudding mixture.
May leave other berries whole. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes prior to serving to allow frozen fruit to thaw slightly.
