Mix first 9 ingredients together in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed.
Mix softened butter and sugar until crumbly. Then add your chopped nuts.
Put 1/2 of batter into greased Bundt pan and top with mix. Add remaining batter. Cook at 350° for 1 hour. Cool cake and top with Carmel Ice Cream Topping. Or to make icing combine cream cheese, 1/2 stick of butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
