     Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons water
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 cinnamon stick for garnish
 
Instructions
Melt chocolate with water at low temperature.
Add milk, sugar, cinnamon and cayenne pepper and heat to steaming.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve.
