Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) box dry lasagna noodles
1 can refried beans
1 lb uncooked lean hamburger or ground round
2 tablespoons oregano
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 (28 oz) picanta salsa
28 oz water
2 cups monterey jack cheese
16 oz sour cream

1/2 can black olives chopped
4 green onions chopped

Instructions
DO NOT COOK ANYTHING BEFORE PUTTING IN THE OVEN Mix beans, uncooked meat, oregano, 1/2 of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup picanta in bowl.
Spray pans with Pam and put 1/3 of dry noodles in pans then layer with 1/2 meat ( sprinkle with extra cheese if you want) then 1/3 noodles then the rest of the meat mixture. Top with the last 1/3 of noodles. Do not put cheese on top yet. Mix the picanta, 28 oz of water and the last 1/2 of the taco seasoning and pour over the noodles. Cover and bake for 1 hr 15 minutes at 350. Mix sour cream, olives, green onions together and put on hot lasagna. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes or lasagna with run.
This is quick and easy, only baking dish and bowl to wash. Freezes well after cooking. Make is small pans and share with a sick or tired friend. Kids love this! This feeds a crowd on one pound of hamburger. What a deal! This makes a 9x13 pan and an 8x8 pan of lasagna
