     Bimini Key Lime Pie

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.)
1 - 8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 C juice for Key Limes (others limes will do, but not as tasty)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 9inch graham cracker pie crust (or 12 small tart shells, baked 9 to 10 min)
Whipped cream topping

This is so easy! 1. Combine milk, cream cheese, and lime juice in blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. 2. Add vanilla and stir into mixture. 3. put into graham cracker crust, or tart shells 4. chill in refrigerator until set (abt. 3 hrs.) 5. top with whipped cream before serving.
