Preheat oven to 375. Combine chicken, taco sauce, chilies, corn, rice, water and olives in a large bowl. Spoon into ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Combine taco shells and cheese in medium bowl; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Garnish w/onions and sour cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings
