Sift flour and sugar together. Bring the oleo, cocoa and water to a rapid boil and pour over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk (or sour cream), cinnamon, soda and eggs, beating well. Pour into greased and floured 10x15inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, testing after 15 minutes.
Icing- 1 stick oleo 4 Tbsp Cocoa
6 Tbsp Milk 1 tsp Vanilla
1-lb box Confectioners' Sugar (4 C)
1 C Pecans
Bring the oleo, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except pecans. Beat until smooth, add pecans and pour over cake while hot.
