Well you slightly deep fry corn tortillas, then you take HAND pulled chicken, and fiesta cheese add them together on the tortilla then you TIGHTLY roll them and insert a toothpick to secure the hold. Next you can either bake them in an oven, or re-fry them... but be extra careful about cheese in the fryer, and be careful of overcooking in the oven... OH and don't use toothpicks with paper/plastic on the end lol
