|
Brown and drain the sausage. I like to put it in a food processor to get it real fine in texture. Set aside.

Make the grits as per instructions. Add to the hot grits the butter and cheese and stir until they are melted.

Mix the eggs and milk together and then add to grits mix. Add sausage.
|
|
|
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

This can be frozen but cook longer.
