     Orzo Salad with Chickpeas & Dill

Ingredients
1 c. Orzo pasta
½ c. thinly sliced green onions
½ c. reduced-fat Feta Cheese crumbles
¼ c. Chopped fresh dill
1 (19-ounce) can rinsed chick peas
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ T. extra-virgin olive oil
1 T. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
 
½ tsp. minced garlic

Instructions
Cook orzo according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl mix orzo, green onions, feta cheese, dill and chickpeas.
In small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, water, salt and garlic. Drizzle over pasta mixture, toss to coat.
