Mix soup, lemon juice and sour cream. Add diced chicken to mix. In a ziploc bag, crush Ritz crackers and add poppyseed. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Melt 1 stick of butter, pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
