     Baked Curried Fruit

Ingredients
33 oz Pineapple Chunks
2 cans Sliced Peaches
1 can Sliced Pears
1 lrg jar Cherries
1-1/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 C Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
2/3 C Butter, melted
 

Instructions
Drain Pineapple, Peaches, Pears and reserve 2-1/2 C juice. Arrange fruit in baking dish, top with Cherries. Mix together juice, brown sugar and remaining ingredients. Pour over fruit and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
