Mix together and add more mayo if too thick to spread. Spread in a dish and top with either green jalapeno jelly, raspberry jelly or apricot jelly (I prefer the jalapeno but it is harder to find). Put jelly in microwave for just a few seconds to make it easier to spread. Serve with plain crackers like Ritz or Triscuits.
