     Apple pie

Ingredients
6-8 peeled and sliced apples
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
3/4 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 T flour
2 T cut butter
Milk (for glaze)
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Peel and slice apples and place in a bag with lemon juice.
In separate bowl or bag mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix together apples with flour mixture, tossing well.
Place in lined pie crust and dot with butter. Roll other half of pie crust and drape over top of apples. Brush on milk for glaze.
Bake for 45 minutes
