     Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. of ground meat
3/4 cup of crushed croutons
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of ketchup
2 eggs
1/2 cup of half and half
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
salt, pepper, ground ginger to taste
 
Instructions
1. Chop Onion and Garlic
2. Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, eggs, cream, pepper, and seasonings
3. Press ½ of brown sugar in bottom of loaf pan. Spread ½ of ketchup on top of brown sugar. 4. Press meat mixture on top of sugar/ketchup mixture.
5. Mix remaining ketchup and brown sugar. Spread glaze on top of meat mixture. 6. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 1 hour.
