4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
|
|
salt and pepper
|
|
4 T butter
|
|
1 T oil
|
|
8-12 cherry tomatoes
|
|
1/4 t basil
|
|
2 T parsley
|
|
1 T lemon juice
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper. Coat lightly with
flour.
|
|
|
Heat butter and oil in medium skillet and saute chicken for 4-6
minutes each side. Add tomatoes and cook until heated through.
Remove from skillet.
|
|
|
Add basil, parsley, and lemon juice to skillet and heat for a few
seconds.
|
|
|
Add chicken and tomatoes and warm
|
|
