     Veal chops

Ingredients
1 1/2 T olive oil
2 veal chops
1/2 bell pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lb plum can and juice
1/4 c white wine
3 large sundried tomatoes
3/4 t oregano
1/3 c black olives
 

Instructions
Add olive oil to large skillet and add garlic, bell peppers and veal. Cook veal over medium-high heat 5 minutes each side. Remove veal and keep warm.
Add plums, white wine, tomatoes, oregano, and black olives to pan and cook for 10 minutes. Return veal to pan and cook until heated through.
