Quarter an apple and scoop out seeds. Place the quarters skin side
down in a microwavable bowl.
Quarter the tablespoon of butter and place one quarter on each
apple piece. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon/sugar. Microwave
on high for one minute. Top with ice cream.
