3 eggs
|

1 (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
|

1/3 cup melted butter
|
|
1/4 cup cocoa powder
|
|
1/8 tsp of salt
|
|
2 tsp vanilla
|
|
1/2 cup cane sugar
|
|
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
|
|
1/3 finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter an 8-inch baking pan.
|

Mix all ingredients, excepts chocolate chips and
walnuts in food processor. Once mixed, stir in
chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake brownies for 30-35 minutes, or until just set
in center
|
|
|
Cool before cutting into squares. Refrigerate
|
