     Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese and Arugula

3/4 pound gemelli
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
3/4 C crumbled goat cheese
2 T red-wine vinegar
1 bunch (8 oz) arugula
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Cook pasta. Toss pasta with beans and goat cheese.
Make dressing- whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
To serve- toss pasta mixture with dressing, arugula, and onion.
