Steam Aspargus till slightly soft – rinse under cool water.
Mix Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder and Dill to taste.
Lay 1 slice of ham and dry both sides with paper towel. Spread cream cheese mixture on ham, place 2 to 3 pieces of asparagus at one end and roll up. Seal edge with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate then slice in 4ths.
